Amazonite is a relatively rare mineral that is found in acidic deep sea igneous rocks. They call it Amazonian Stone - a misleading name, because amazonite is not found in the Amazon.

This stone has a beautiful, sea-green colour. This colour makes it desired by collectors of unusual stones and creators of unique, exceptional jewellery.

This semi-precious stone is used to drive away worries, failures and anything that brings fear and other, unfavourable, lower vibrations. In ancient times, amazonite was believed to have rejuvenating properties, so the youth stone was eagerly worn around the neck to counteract time.
