About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Assistant & Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in boosting our online presence, supporting our marketing events, and ensuring our showroom is always customer-ready and engaging. If you love creating content, staying on top of trends, and supporting a busy team, this role is perfect for you! You’ll also provide valuable support to marketing team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.  

Your Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Plan and create engaging posts, videos, and campaigns for our social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom is always updated with new products, assist in organising displays, and create video content showcasing our product range and the showroom.
• Marketing Events: Help the marketing team organise and execute promotional events and activities, both online and in-person.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance our online presence.
• Administrative Tasks: Support the marketing team with various day-to-day activities and ensure smooth operations.
• General Support: Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure the smooth execution of marketing strategies and customer experience initiatives.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 8-hour shift
• Day shift, Monday to Friday
• No weekends

What We’re Looking For:

• A creative and proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing.
• Experience or interest in social media management and content creation.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• A great team player with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or admin is a bonus!
